We accept personal check, money order, cashiers check and certified bank check by mail for customers within the state of Ohio only. There is a $10 minimum for online orders and no minimum for mail or phone orders. Paying by check may slow down your order, as in some cases, we may not ship until funds clear our bank. There is no delay on money orders or cashiers checks.
To mail in your check or money order payment, go through the online checkout process. When you get to the payment page, select Phone or Mail. This will bypass the online payment process and allow you to complete your order (and get it into our system). We will keep your order on-hold and once payment is received, process and ship. Make checks payable to AA Cleveland District Office. Please reference your Order # in the check memo.
