AA Cleveland does not accept returns. All sales are final. Therefore, please be aware of all items and quantities being ordered.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise
If you think an item may be defective or you have received a damaged item, please contact us. Be sure to reference your Order # in your communications.

Exchange an Item
AA Cleveland does not accept exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective, please contact us. Be sure to reference your Order # in your communications.

Accuracy of Information
A possibility exists that the site could include inaccuracies or errors in the information conveyed, either in text or image content. Although we attempt to ensure the integrity of the Site, we provide no absolute guarantees as to its completeness, correctness or accuracy. In the event that such an inaccuracy arises, please inform us immediately so that it may be corrected.

On occasion, your order or one of its items may be out of stock at the time of order fulfillment. In this event, AA Cleveland will notify you via email or phone with the status of your order. We will then backorder any out of stock items. If you wish to cancel your order while on backorder status, please contact us. Backorders usually take 2-3 weeks but is not guaranteed.

Pricing is subject to change without notice. We work hard to ensure the accuracy of pricing. Despite our efforts, pricing errors may still occur. If an item’s price is higher than the price displayed, we will cancel your order of that item and notify you of the cancellation.

Donations and Pledges
The AA Cleveland District Office is fully self-supporting through the sale of literature, related products and through the voluntary donations of AA members and groups. The office does not accept donations from people or organizations outside of AA. By donating or pledging a donation to the Cleveland District Office, you acknowledge you are a member of Alcoholics Anonymous.

Service Terms
AA Cleveland reserves the right to cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AA Cleveland shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of your original charge. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. AA Cleveland reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reasons at any time. AA Cleveland reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. AA Cleveland does not refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, or national origin.

Order Verification
Some orders placed may require additional verification or information before shipping. If additional information is necessary, we will contact you via email at the email address provided on your order. Shipping and delivery time-frame’s quoted on the site will not begin until appropriate approval and verification of your order has been obtained.

Certain products require reoccurring payments (e.g. monthly Donation, annual Central Bulletin subscription). By purchasing these items, you authorize us to charge your credit card on file once a month/year until you cancel. The amount charged each time will reflect the price of the item on the day the order is processed. There are no commitments. Cancel your subscription anytime, online, 24 hours a day. To manage your subscriptions, simply log into Your Account. A credit card is required for subscription purchases.

You can safely enter your entire card number and other personal information on the AA Cleveland website ( via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
