Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, parts, and documentation included.
  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required to process any return.
  • Certain items, such as special orders, personalized products, or final sale items, may not be eligible for return.

When We Cover Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Examples include:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • The product differs significantly from what was described or shown online.

Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund or replacement, depending on your preference.

When You Cover Return Shipping

If the return is for reasons other than our error or a product defect — for example:

  • You changed your mind.
  • The item does not fit your space or preferences.
  • You ordered the wrong product.

Then you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
