The AA Cleveland District Office does not accept returns. All sales are final. Therefore, please be aware of all items and quantities being ordered. If possible, and when applicable, we will exchange item(s) depending on the reason or if the return is the result of an office error.

If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of an office error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
