Trouble checking out

If you see an error message at checkout, try the following:

  1. Keep your shipping address as concise as possible. Try moving additional information, such as your apartment or unit number, to the second line of your address.
  2. Try removing and re-adding your credit card both in your account and on the checkout page.
  3. Try deleting your browser history and starting over. You will lose all items currently in your cart.
  4. If you continue to have trouble, our Technical Support is happy to help. Just let them know what steps you’ve already tried, and they’ll take it from there.
