Can you bill my group?

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, our office is currently not extending group credit. Therefore, payment is due at the time of purchase. This excludes some existing hospital and recovery facility accounts.
For local AA groups in Cuyahoga, Geauga and Lake counties, we can bill the group. This line of credit is a preset amount of money that the Cleveland District Office has agreed to lend the group. A group representative can draw from the line of credit when the group needs it, up to the maximum amount (usually $300). There is no interest on the amount borrowed. Payment is due in full 30 days after the items are purchased. Reminders will be mailed to the group contact until paid.

When you checkout online

  1. Under Payment Method, select Store Pickup
  2. Under Are You Buying For a Group? > Name of Group or Organization, provide a valid Group Name

In order to bill the group, we need the exact Group Name, as it appears in our system. Help us get your order to you without delay and check the exact group name before you checkout on our website:

  • Search meetings.
  • In a current meeting schedule.
  • Call 1-800-835-1935 / Local (216) 241-7387 Monday thru Friday between 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Eastern) and ask for the Literature Department.
