The A.A. Cleveland District Office does not provide refunds unless the item is damaged, defective or there was an error on our part. Outside of these exceptions, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and reference your Order # in your communications.

Any refund due will be issued within 2 business days of receiving your return using the same payment method used for your original purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show in your account and up to two billing cycles for it to appear on your statement.

At the office discretion, refund amounts may differ based on the condition of the item, how long you’ve had the item and how the item was purchased.
